Abstract
A GC-MS method was developed to determine 12 methacrylates migrated from plastics in contact with foods to aqueous simulants. The sample was soaked in aqueous simulants with constant temperature of 100 ℃ for 2 h, then the soaking solution was extracted with methyl acetate for 10 min by shaking. The extract was separated on a DB-5MS chromatographic column. EI and SIM were adopted in MS analysis. The linear ranges of the 12 methacrylates were 0.600-10.0 mg·L-1, with detection limits (10S/N) in the range of 0.006-0.04 mg·L-1. Recovery rates obtained by standard addition method were in the range of 86.6%-115%, and RSDs (n=6) were in the range of 1.2%-9.1%.
